Sachin's two decades

Our master blaster sachin has reached another milestone by finishing two decades of playing cricket for India.Again,he is a first Indian to reach this achievement.On November 15,2009 he finished twenty years of playing cricket for India.Let us see the sachin's milestones.

• In 1989,Nov:Tendulkar plays his first test match against Pakistan in Karachi aged 16.        
• In 1989,Dec:In the same tour,he makes his ODI debut.
• In 1990,Aug:Becomes the youngest cricketer to score a test century (119).
• In 1992,Nov:In the tour of south Africa,becomes the youngest cricket player to reach 1000 test runs.
• In 1994,Sep:He scores his first ODI century on september 9 against Australia at Colombo in his  79th  ODI. 
• In 1996,Feb:Becomes leading run scorer in the world cup
• In 1996, Aug:Appointed as Indian captain at the age 23.
• In 1998,Sep:Scores 18th ODI century against Zimbabwe in his 198th ODI match overtaking Desmond Haynes record of 17 hundreds.
• In 1999,Jul:His father Ramesh Tendulkar passed away
• In 2000,Oct:Becomes leading run scorer in ODIs.
• In 2001,Mar:Becomes the first man to score 10,000 runs in ODIs.
• In 2002,Aug:Overtakes Don Bradman's record of 29 test centuries.
• In 2003,Feb:Man of the series in world cup,scoring 673 runs
• In 2004,Jan:Scores 241 in sydney against Australia
• In 2005,Mar:Becomes the fifth man to score 10,000 test runs
• In 2005,Oct:Getting out from team due to injury
• In 2006,Sep:Coming back into the team from a shoulder surgery
• In 2007,Aug:Scores 228 runs in India's first test series win outside the subcontinent against England
• In 2008,Jan:Tendulkar becomes the leading run scorer with 493 in four tests.
• In 2008,Mar:Becomes the first and only batsman to complete 16,000 runs in ODIs.
• In 2009,Nov:Tendulkar becomes the first player to reach 17,000 runs.

On this Occasion,tendulkar expressed his desire to play in the 2011 world cup.Anyway,tendulkar has always maintained that playing for india is his biggest and only motivation.
